How to Troubleshoot Bluetooth and Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues on a PC
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi issues can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to stay connected. This guide walks you through practical troubleshooting techniques.
Step 1: Check Antenna Connections (Desktop PCs)
- Locate the Antennas: Look for black stick- or fin-shaped antennas in your packaging.
- Attach the Antennas: Screw them into the gold ports on the motherboard’s rear I/O.
Step 2: Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (Windows 11)
To turn on Wi-Fi:
- Click the Network icon near the clock.
- Select Wi-Fi, pick your network, and enter the password.
To turn on Bluetooth:
- Press Windows + I to open Settings.
- Go to Bluetooth & devices and toggle Bluetooth on.
