Order #-51251 I just received my computer today, a day earlier from when the monitor and other accessories should show up. I decided to hook it up to my current monitor and keyboard (the mouse came with everything in the box.) So I turned on my computer, everything was working. I proceeded to then install drivers for my scanner, printer, webcam, and external hard drive. After the hard drive, my computer froze. After maybe half an hour of waiting to see if it might resolve itself, I did the only thing possible and pulled the plug, as there was no other way to turn off my PC. Hopefully the problem would rectify. It got much worse. I turned on my computer, to get an error on the boot screen. It said I had an incorrect system disk, then offered me to boot from the CD, so I did. I put in the CD of Windows XP Home, hoping I would be able to reinstall Windows or something, since I wanted to change some things. But that was not the case. Upon giving the choice to choose partitions, there was nothing. No disks! I had no hard drive in my computer! Of course I did, but Windows wouldn't regocnize it. So I pressed something, and I got the Blue Screen of Death. I try turning it on again and fail. I call for technical support. I get someone on the phone. They ask me for my phone number, which I provide, so they can call me back. 5 Minutes later they do, and tell me to turn on my computer, so I can tell him my error message. The computer actually goes through the Windows boot screen to turn on normally. Well, a relief. But not for long. A few seconds later, and I have to manually turn off my PC for just opening and attempting to download something from Internet Explorer. So it becomes a cycle of the computer not passing the boot screen, then half an hour later it does, but crashes some as trivially simple as msconfig. I get frustrated, and switch back to my old computer. Tomorrow a few more supplies arrive. I want to know, what do I do about the current problem with my computer? I don't know how to fix it apart from the guess and turn it on several million times until I get into Windows to then have it easily crash on me. Please help me! Thank you.
