APO/FPO customers shall read the following International
Warranty Policy before placing their orders.

doest not accept any shipping address differs from credit card
billing address. (If your can add your "ship to"
address in your credit card record's memo/note and can be
verified by iBUYPOWER, we will accept your credit card)

Please

Our internet sales department will process your order and
verify your credit card before we can ship out your computer
system.

iBUYPOWER sales will not return any international phone
call. Therefore,
all correspondence will be conducted through email or you may

to neither FedEX nor UPS can deliver to APO/FPO address, all APO/FPO
shipping will be through U.S. Postal Service Insured mail.

CUSTOMER WARRANTY POLICY
DEFINITION
OF INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER
The
International Warranty Policy will be in effect at the time the
product leaves the boundaries of the United States or Puerto Rico.
3-YEAR
LIMITED WARRANTY
All
iBUYPOWER desktop products (excluding EPC, Notebook/Laptop systems)
are covered with a three-year limited warranty.
30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If
you are not satisfied for any reason, return the system and all
software (must be unopened) within 30-days from the invoice date and
you will receive a full refund (excluding all shipping &
handling costs). All items must be returned in their original
condition to quality and pre-paid all shipping, duties, taxes and
any related fees. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
After thirty (30) days, all sales are final.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
All
international customers that require technical support will be given
priority when calling into our technical support department.
Our technicians will not return phone calls to international
customers and no On-site service is available.
In-House Toll-free
technical support is not available to international customers.

customers may also utilize our email technical support and will

SHIPPING, DUTIES, TAXES, FEES
Any
customer purchase system from iBUYPOWER will be responsible to pay
all shipping costs, duty fees, taxes and any other related fees
incurred by this purchase. Also, any RMA replacement,
includes shipping, duty fees, taxes and any other related fees are
responsible by customer.

International customers may utilize our email system for any
questions or concerns they may have. They will receive a
response within a reasonable amount of time. Reasonable amount
of time shall be within 3 days of the original receipt of the email,

lines or holidays.
