Comments: Took a week to gather parts but build and QC went super fast. Shipped it from LA on wed. and I had it in MN on Friday. Excellent shipping procedures. I like how the HDD and front panel connectors were disconnected so as not to damage any parts enroute. Came with all the accessories I needed. I had the computer up, running, overclocked and ready to rock and roll in three hours including adding my own CD drive and hard drive from my old computer and transferring data to the new HDD and reformatting the old volumes. The factory cable management could have been better but that's an easy fix. PCI cards were very snug in their spots. I was hoping to have the temp monitors already placed but I had to do that myself...again very simple stuff that was probably better to do after shipping anyways. Overall IBUYPOWER rocks and I will definitely do business here again.

Comments: This is the third computer I have purchased from ibuypower.com. I continue to do business with you for a number of reasons. First of all, in my opinion you have the most competative prices for the quality of the equipment you offer. There are many high end gaming computer customization websites and companies out there, but I have yet to find one that is able to walk that fine line between price and product quality like ibuypower. I'm not making Holywood movies, nor am I sending the shuttle into space. I don't have the need to spend $8,000 on way too much top of the line equipment to run any of the software that is on the market now or that will be in the near future. I am however, serious about gaming and computer performance and my needs are always met when I do business with you. My only wish, however, is to see perhaps a bit more service in the way of explanation/manuals/translation when it comes to newer hardware. This is the first system I have had that has dual geforce cards running in SLI mode, for example. Even though this isn't very commonplace for the average consumer, there was no software or even a manual to accompany this product. I am not very familiar with SLI or it's workings, and I am sure that tech support would answer any questions I had if I was to call, but it would be nice to have some literature accompanying my system's hardware I could read through on my own. Other then that, I have no complaints about service or product quality. My grade for ibuypower is an A, which could easily be an A+ with a little more explanation and literature concerning my hardware/software and system setup. Otherwise, I do feel that there is a strong chance that sometime down the road, my fourth system will be purchased from you as well, whenever that may be.

Comments: I was very impressed with the e-mails I received informing me what the status was of my PC throughout it's production. I was told the PC would ship within 5-10 days of purchase, and it shipped out in 9 days. I chose the 3 day shipping and received the package on time and in perfect shape. I did have one minor issue....when I started up the PC I had no sound. After having two conversations with tech help (and it must be noted that each phone call took under 10 minutes - including hold time - which was impressive.) it turned out the sound card was bad. Customer service immediatly shipped out a replacement card which I received in 4 days, at no charge to me. I quickly installed the new card and all is well. My new PC is fantastic. Custom built to my request and running great. THANKS IBUYPOWER.COM for a painless purchase. You'll be seeing me again in the future.

I tried many companies such as Dell and HP but was never satisfied with what components I was receiving for the price. One main component that I wanted most, since I am an avid gamer, was a powerful GPU which nearly no other company offered without gouging the price ridiculously. One of my high school friends recommended iBuyPower where he purchased his desktop computer several years ago and has been satisfied with the product. I proceeded to customize a laptop at ibuypower.com and found that it offered amazing components at a great price. Every laptop came with a powerful, next generation graphics processor which is what really blew me away. I decided to order the Battalion-101 CLS-Turbo because it was the one that stood out most to me that satisfied all my needs in a gaming laptop. After receiving my laptop the first thing I noticed was its size and sleek design; It was astoundingly thin and weighed nearly nothing. I compared it to someones Alienware laptop and found it was thinner with the lcd screen shut than the main body of his laptop. One problem I had, upon turning it on for the first time, was the hard drive, It seemed to be making a strange clicking sound. I tried to wait it out to see if it would go away on its own but it wouldn't. I called iBuyPower, told them the situation and they gave me an RMA number explaining that they would have it fixed promptly. I was very happy with the ease of returning the laptop for repairing this minor problem. After receiving the repaired laptop I began to explore its true power. I can play tons of games on maximum detail levels, even such games as Battlefield 2142 with max particle effects and shaders. The webcam feature is also great and makes video chat super easy. I also received a free carrying bag for my laptop with the order which many many compartments and is superb for carrying many items; I still use it as a book bag as well as my laptop carrier for college. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality and service from iBuyPower and will definitely buy from them again for my gaming computing needs.

They had a great variety of parts to choose from and their prices were comperable or better than other sites I checked out. It took about two weeks to get the computer I ordered. The case I wanted was not in stock. They let me know this quickly and allowed me to pick a different one; which ended up being an upgrade that they gave to me for the price of the other one!! I received an email when the computer moved from one step to another (i.e. build complete, now going to QC)-- a little thing, but it was a very nice to know things were being done. When I received the computer I was a little dismayed at the lack of documentation, no manuals for the mother board or video card, but that seems pretty typical for an OEM. I had a couple of questions by the end of the first day, emailed them and received an email back very quickly answering all my questions (Jeff ext.143 helped me via email the couple of times I needed it and did a great job--I did try calling fist, but email seems to be the best way to get a response). The computer turned out great! The wires are nicely tied down out of the way and it looks awesome. I would definately but from them again and will pass along my experience to my friends.

IBUY not only paid for round-trip shipping, but also gave me a better model of the Asus board (no extra charge). I really liked their flexibility in how the system can be customized. I highly recommend them for custom built fast pc need. The fact that these guys have been around for a while and advertise in major magazines (like Maximum PC)says something. They stand behind their product and are NOT one of the companies that sell something and later close their business.

Comments: I was worried after reading a lot of bad Ibuypower customer reviews on line, but after checking out Alienware (which was my last computer a 3 year old Area 51 that this ibuypower computer replaces) and other high end gaming computer companies, your great prices made me overcome my worries and I decided to buy a computer from you that was identical to Alienware's Aurora ALX and with everything that I wanted in my system like AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+, GeForce 8800 Ultra graphics card, liquid cooling, 7.1 surround sound, Logitech G15 keyboard amd G5 laser mouse, 7.1 speakers & monitor, your system was over $2,000 less for the same thing if I would have bought it from Alenware. I was also impressed that you delivered my computer in only 7 days versus the 8 to 10 days promised and that you kept me completely informed day to day with the status of my computer from being built to being delivered. As with the first computer I purchased from ibuypower the customer service is at best questionable. Please do not misunderstand, your staff is always friendly and helpful. They do sound a bit overwhelmed, however they are always kind and polite. Anytime I have called the line is either busy or it is answered and I am placed on hold for long amounts of time, often no one ever picks back up or they do not until 20-30 minutes later. I do subscribe to quite a few magazines and have noticed that your marketing department/firm is doing a great job getting your products in front of people. An upgraded phone system and a few more customer service reps would benefit ibuypower greatly. On this most recent order it has been over 4 weeks. I have called in several times and I was even told that my method of shipment had been upgraded to next day air in lieu of the long lead time. It was sent ground track. I would say that this OEM company appeals to the moderate to high level of knowledge base consumers....but don't lose hope first timers! all I did was did some basic research on review sites, newegg, amazon, tigerdirect, etc to find out the real deal on my parts before I placed my order. okay down to the good stuff. PROS: intelligent representatives over the phone, aesthetically pleasing website, excellent number of hardware choices, the "help me choose" function very helpful, major incompatibility issues addressed online to prevent major headaches, quick and up to date access to order statues gave me peace of mind about my order, multiple payment options made this experience as PAINLESS as possible. my primary sales rep (Jeff #143) was professional and courteous every time. he has a real knowledge about the business and on more than several occasions he went above and beyond what I would call his "job" to make my order pleasant. he was willing to do business via snail mail, modify my order, and answer about a million questions I had. someone buy this guy a beer! seriously though, although my order has not been received yet, I can tell any potential buyers that this company knows their stuff. the prices are fair - its the other companies that are ripping you off! IBP is doing nothing special - just giving the consumers great products and service at fair prices - so why can't alienware do the same? When I was first ordering the computer, the case I ordered was out of stock, so somebody from the sales called me right away and asked me to pick a new one, and was patient enough to wait until I finally made my hard decision. Building my PC took a little longer than I expected (2.5 weeks), but then they upgraded my shipping from regular ground to express 2nd day, which was nice. My tech. support experience was also quite good: I called the support number, live person answered in less than a minute and directed me to the right department. I explained a problem, they asked me a couple of simple questions, then gave me the RMA instructions, which were pretty straightforward. The RMA process again took a little long (a week passed since the old card arrived at the RMA dept till the new card was shipped), but then being a customer service guy myself I understand there's a backlog etc. Overall, I think the company's doing pretty good, probably just have too many customers to process all requests right away. The prices are the best.

Comments: iBuyPower.com offers great value and flexibility in creating custom systems built to whatever specifications you want. I have ordered 2 very capable systems from them, one in November 2003 and the most recent in July 2006. However, like all companies, perfect experiences are extremely rare. In light of this, I feel the need to split my review scores into categories, instead of an average score:

Customization: 10/10 - If you want it, iBuyPower has it in one form or another. Whether it's AMD or Intel, nVidia or ATI, stock cooling or liquid cooling, large capacity RAID drives or speedy Raptor drives, etc. They will have it in almost any combination of components.

Build Time/Ship Time: 8/10 - Building a custom system takes time, and iBuyPower does a good job of reducing the time needed. My first system sped through the assembly process and arrived ahead of schedule. My second was ordered during the back-to-school season, and thus took a bit longer. But neither was late. iBuyPower ships FedEx, and the computer arrived on-time, despite going cross-country from California to New Jersey.

Build Quality: 7/10 - This is difficult to score, and where I ran into my only real difficulties with iBuyPower. The actual quality of the complete system is high, yet some strange decisions by the assembly team and the occasional example of laziness brings the score down. For example, my first system was fine, except that for some unknown reason, the assembly team decided to HOT-GLUE some of the PCI/AGP cards into their slots. This made upgrading slightly precarious, as I had to remove the glue without damaging the connections. My second system did not have this problem, but the assembly team failed to set my RAM modules into the correct slots to enable Dual-Channel mode, seemingly because whoever assembled it couldn't be bothered to get to the slots being blocked by the liquid CPU cooler. I have to give credit, though, to whoever decided to ship the computers with the hard drive and optical drive connections loose. This provides extra safety to the connection points in case of jolts during shipping. To those who commented negatively on having to connect some of the components themselves: would you rather have had them arrived torn?

Cost Value: 10/10 - Both systems I have ordered from iBuyPower have been respectably powerful gaming systems, neither costing more than $1300 (w/o monitor). I have not seen better value yet.

Customer Service: 10/10 - I am aware some have had difficulties with iBuyPower's customer service. My personal experience, though, has been stellar. I received a call during my first system's construction, from a technician informing me that my choice of hard drive needed to be changed to meet compatibility with the other components. He was very helpful and the problem was fixed in minutes. Also, when the system arrived, a very minor, inconsequential crack had been caused during shipping, on the faceplate of the case. Though it was microscopically small and did not affect functionality, I called customer service just to see what they would say. The *next day* I had a new faceplate delivered free of charge. iBuyPower also has a policy of offering free upgrades when certain stock shortages appear. My second system was ordered with an Athlon 64x2 4400+ processor. When this proved difficult to acquire, iBuyPower substituted a 4600+ with no additional charge.

Overall Score: 9/10 - iBuyPower is a great choice if you're looking for custom design, reliable service, and inexpensive power. However, it is best to know a little about computer design, to optimize your experience.

Comments: It has been a real pleasure working with Lee Rich in iBUYPOWER's sales department. Lee went out of his way to not only answer all of my numerous questions prior to any firm commitment but at no time applied any pressure or exhibited impatience with me. Lee was always polite, friendly and professional even though he must receive numerous question of the same ilk day in and day out. This level of professionalism ended up being the deciding factor to purchase a computer through your company.

I then had an even more significant surprise shortly after placing my order. Within a day or two after placing my order I received a call from Lee regarding the Case that I had selected letting me know that it had been placed on backorder and he would like to talk with me. I admit to immense skepticism and a pit in my stomach starting to grow prior to placing the return call. Upon reaching Lee he expressed his concern over the possible unspecified delay and offered me a couple options. He said I could wait for the case I selected or we could work together to select an alternative. He spent the time necessary to help me select a replacement that I liked the specifications of... and told me he would call me back within 10-20 minutes if it would work out. He shocked me by calling back promptly and letting me know that it was taken care of and everything was handled without any additional charges. Lee expressed that iBUYPOWER believes in customer satisfaction and he wanted this to be a positive experience and also looked forwarded to working with me in the future.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the service I have received to date. Word of mouth is a powerful tool for both positive and negative growth. For my part I admit to high expectations now as a result of my experience up to this point. I have shared my experience to date with our Corporate IT Department, my counterparts in other branches across the country and various individuals I know in Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina and California regarding my experience to date...

I sent a letter very similar to iBUYPOWER with one additional thought. If you treat everyone like they are the most important customer you have I have no doubt that you will continue to expand. Please don't ever loose the personal touch that you currently have shown me. That is why you received my business and not a list of other companies that I have purchased from in the past. Comments: well, I went to this site to see if ibuypower was legit, and I decided that I probably wouldn't experience any problems. I ordered a great system, and for a low price. When I opened the box, the hard drive was floating around in the case. It is not in good shape at all. It is dented and the paint on it is chipped. The SATA cables are broken off of it, and when I reconnected everything the computer did not recognize it. this is the day after i opened it, and it's memorial day, so I haven't been able to contact them yet. I'll try and update this and I'm eager to see how they'll handle it.

Update- They overnighted me a new drive, it worked after I installed it, and I haven't had a problem since. I even got a call wondering if everything had turned out okay. They seem perfectly willing help their customers get their computer working.

Comments: I purchased a Battalion 101 ML-Turbo [2] after finding their ad in a computer magazine and shopping around online a bit. I was originally going to go with cyber power, but decided on ibuypower after checking their reseller rating on this site.
The computer I ordered was an almost top of the line model:

2GB Corsair RAM
GeForce 6600 256 MB PCI Express
XP Pro

It took longer than I expected to receive it (it came sometime in April) but part of it is because I am overseas on a military deployment and part because I ordered the orange paint(which was not mentioned that it was going to take longer). Each time I contacted their customer support, they always answered the phone quickly and promptly, and made an effort to help me out.

Now to the best part. I LOVE this computer! It is so fast! I can play any game now at max graphics (BF2, NFS Most Wanted, WOW) and it is smooth as ever! Also, it is much thinner than I thought it would be. One feature they didn't even advertise is the ability to disable the nVidia graphics card via a switch on the front and use an onboard graphics processor with 128 MB shared RAM. This is freakin awesome! If you want lower power consumption (better battery life), this is the way to go! Ibuypower, you need to advertise this!

Only a couple of negatives on the paint job, around one of the speakers on the screen it looks a little tacky. Ibuypower said I could send it in and they'd touch up the paint, but I declined due to the time it would take in shipping. Also, the keyboard area was not painted as it looks like on the website. Ibuypower is refunding me $30 for that though.

All in all I had a pleasant experience with Ibuypower, and I would (and am) recommend them to others.

I also checked out the feed back which told me that you guys are geared twords customer service. Being that I work for Lexus I know superior customer service when I see it and like to acknowledge when I see it. When ordering the computer on line I recieved a call from mark in the finance dept. who informed me that I forgot to notify my CC company. I called them and recieved a call back from him letting me know everything was all set. I recieved 6 e-m@ils telling me the status of my computer and recieved it 1 day early. When I opened the packages and put together exactly the computer I ordered. It fired right up, all componants worked together great. I have 2 small complaints though. 1 is there was 1 screw missing from the temp display which I fixed right away and secondly I would have liked to get directions on said temp display. I like many of you reading this was very skeptical of buying a computer from ibuypower
After reading many good and many bad reviews I decided that the risk was worth the reward
I purchased my desktop on feb 10th 2005 online
I got an email within one day telling me i had submitted and order
I got another email the very next day telling me Your Credit Card has been successfully verified, your order will go into production within the next business day.
Great! ... Feb 19th just 8 days later (5 business days ) i got an email saying Your order is shipped. Here is your tracking number:
AWESOME! great contact via email, kept me up to date on the progress 3 days later my computer came ups
I opened it and discovered that the motherboard was not what i ordered... Im guessing they were out of the one i wanted, HOWEVER they upgraded me to a MUCH better motherboard!
And gave me a cold cathode light instead of the cheaper one... I was very impressed and happy with this I have just a couple of issues - complaints
First off, When i hooked up my speakers they were dead, they don't work, I hooked up old speakers... they work fine... So i was sent bad speakers. Also my keyboard they sent had 5 dead keys I called ibuypower and the person i spoke with said, Ok sir no problem we will send you out a free keyboard and new speakers... NO QUESTIONS ASKED! ... THATS SERVICE!
2 days later I had yet another email telling me they shipped and a tracking number to track the keyboard and speakers........ AWESOME!
My last issue is one that I have not spoke to ibuypower about yet... I ordered 2 extra case fans and I only see one in the case
Im not sure why this is, perhaps the power supply cant handle another fan? perhaps they forgot? perhaps they consider the fan on the chip the second fan? I don't know yet and I need to speak to them about it
I buypower is a great company in my opinion and can be trusted
I see reviews here that complain a lot but I think half of the complaints are from people who made more mistakes themselves than Ibuypower
Also I think its important to note that most complaints here are about laptops and NOT desktops
I can say to anyone looking to buy a desktop that IBUYPOWER IS for you!
A Couple of more things before I go, I see some people saying that Ibuypower lines are always busy and no one ever picks up... Im my experience i can say thats not true because i called three times and each and every time someone was there to answer the call within 6 rings
No one was Rude to me at all, all the people I came in contact with were very nice and effective
I have had my system up and running fine for 2 days so far, and was going to wait to post this... however after reading some of the latest posts i felt I should chime in with support for this company because they really earned it
If anything at all changes, anything goes wrong with my system or anything noteworthy at all comes up I will post and edit here

Computer came three business days after the web site said it would be delivered. Came as ordered. Everything worked fine. I sent an email when the shipping date came and past. Took them two or three days, but I got an accurate re-date. A few things were slightly amiss. The drivers sent for the motherboard were from a different model, but I got updated drivers from the motherboard website. The motherboard BIOS was updated to the most recent. Case was well put together, and wires kept out of way. Upgrade to better cooling is worth it, and surprised that a Thermaltake CPU cooler was added for that upgrade because the cost was cheap. Halflife 2 was NOT sent, though it was listed as a freebie on the web site for my purchase. Ordered via the web site and not via phone. Liked all the options. The prices are very good for what you get. Ordered highly customized setup with FX-55. Have had it for a month and no regrets..

I ordered my macine on Feb 4, 2005, and although I have not yet recieved my machine, I must tell a story about a customer service rep named Lee. My VISA ATM card had a $1000 limit per day, and my machine cost $2450. So Lee informed me that he would take the time to make a $1000 transaction per day and on the third day make the final transaction of $450. Lee was EXTREMEMLY helpful, kind and patient. His help with my purchase has made me feel very positive about my choice of IBP. I had decided to buy myself a new gaming rig when my (3yr 2 mo old) 2gig P4, 1gig PC133 Ram, Geforce FX5200 ultra was to slow on todays games. I bought this killer rig from IbuyPower that I configured myself from the website. I got what I asked for P4 3.4E, Asus P4P800E deluxe i875 chip mb, ATI Radeon 9600 XT 128mb, 1gig of PC3200 ddr, windows xp pro, 420 watt power supply, 3 case fans, 1 day build, and overnight shipping for the best price around. IBuypower called me and said the were having to replace the processor because of a problem and that would add to shipping time, I had no problem with it, but they gave me $69 off the price and upgraded my ATI to 256mb for free. IMO that's service. I've been running this rig for a week now and it's performed flawlessly. Kudos to Ibuypower.

Well I had gotten about $1700 to purchase a laptop and I found the battalions to be the cheapest ones with the best configurations available. I even found similar laptops from other companies but they charged about the same and held back a few features. Of course name brand systems would have cost a lot more than this laptop with even worst specs so thats why i decided to go with this company. So far this laptop has worked great. I've been able to play all games at decent resolutions and with highest if not second to highest settings while still getting playable frame rates in Halo, Half life 2, Need for speed underground 2, far cry and more. I truly believe this was the best laptop you can get for the price. I can't comment on their tech support because I haven't had to use it yet, but I also am quite a knowledgable computer user and technician so tech support wasn't something I expected to use. I truly would recommend this company because it seems they are making very good computers with a great price performance ratio. All my friends have seen the laptop and were skeptical but after using it they have all been impressed by it, not to mention by the price. So if you have doubts about this company's products be assured that they are of good quality. However from all the other complaints I've seen on these posts...If you're a person who doesn't know much about computers and is willing to waste alot of money for tech support or is the type of person who wants someone to be waiting on the other line for your call at any time of the day for any question you may have then I'm not sure if this company is for you but if you know what you want and you know how to handle computers then by all means order from this company.

Computer shipped a few days after the estimated date, but that was my fault for mis-keying part of the verification number. The computer got here today, a little under week after the estimated date. Worked perfectly out of the box, and after driver updates and MS service patches. Everything is as ordered and no problems or complants so far. I am a very very very hard core gamer that doesn't expect anything but the BEST. And that is exactly what I got from Ibuypower. I ordered the fx 55 939 pin cpu with the top of the line graphics card. The total came out to almost $6,000, and believe me I shopped pretty much every store thats out there to save whatever I can. The task was very difficult when you want the best. Anyways the system came in perfect condition, and I mean PERFECT. It booted up right away and litterally within 5 minutes of having it out of the box I was on line playing city of heroes with my clan. So bottom line..........the system was Perfect and even though it was $6,000, it was still about $500 cheaper then there closest competitor. I would definitely buy from them again, as a matter of fact I'm going to be picking up a workstation for my parents. GOOD JOB IBP.

The initial rep that answered the phone was very pleasant and gave me a lot of backround about the company. (I was hesitant because I'm use to Dell amd HP) After being reassured that I was dealing with a reputable company, I went ahead with a "test" system. ibuypower has been a pleasure to deal with. My system arrived on time. It has been operating properly and customer service has helped with any questions that I have had. With ibuypower you actually are buying a solid, customizable piece of machinery. I also recommend taking the time to customize the machine to suit your needs. I am extremely satisfied with this company. I dont know where to start.
I was amazed by how great their prices were. They had a great selection of products and accessories for every computer. I didnt need a mouse, keyboard, or speakers with my PC, and I could choose not to order these things with it and I saved money there.
I wanted to make an adjustment to my order after I had already placed it. The conversation I had was very polite and helpful. I needed 2 extra case fans and to have 3-day air shipping. It turns out that my PC was already built, but they were able to go back to it and put in the fans and they adjusted my shipping method to the 3-day air. It only took an extra 2 days for this.
Once I got the computer, I was amazed at how everything was in top shape. My case/window for the computer didnt have a scratch on it. Some of the parts on the inside, I can see, were super-glued to where they belong, but this could have been so it survives the shipping stage of the order. The glue isnt noticeable unless you look really hard anyway. Also, the cables inside the computer were all neatly tied together with plastic ties.
I had the computer up and running in under 10 minutes, including connecting the keyboard, mouse, etc. Everything was smooth and so far theres been no problems. The only thing that I caught by suprise is that the PC randomly shut down instantly and restarted after it had been used for about 2 1/2 hours. Ive been using it for about 20 hours now and there hasnt been any more random shutdowns. It could have been a power surge but I dont recall anything else in my house losing power for that instant.
Overall, Im very pleased with my purchase from iBUYPOWER. I strongly recommend this store if you are looking into a new computer.

This is my first time buying a windows machine in over ten yrs. I PRICED JUST ABOUT EVERY COMPUTER ON THE WEB AND EVEN AT THE STORES, BUT NOTHING WAS CHEAPER THAT HAD THE SPEED OF iBUYPOWER COMPUTERS. IT ARRIVED IN IN GREAT CONDITION EXCEPT THAT THE NEON LIGHT WAS BROKE AND FLOPPING AROUND IN IT. I CALLED iBUYPOWER AND THEY SHIPPED ME A NEW ONE. I have gotten my pc, and it was totally worth the wait! iBUYPOWER put together a finely tuned killing machine. When I had recieved the package it was in perfect condition, i opened it up and i saw a neatly wrapped pc. Nothing had gone wrong in the shipping process and upon further inspection of the pc i had found that the iBUYPOWER technicians had done one hell of a job puttinmg my pc together. I just wanted to send an email thanking you guys at ibuypower.com for making me the best computer i have ever had. I am about to be heading off to college soon and needed a good computer...for ummm....work lots of work. So i custom built my top of the line dream machine and found that it was way cheaper than dell or other companies. On my dell 8200 it took 4-5 minutes sometimes to load one level on battlefield 1942, which was a big pain. Now with my new gaming rig, it loads in a maximum of ten secounds. I love everything about my computer including the sleek case design including the neat neons and fan lights. Great experience. The computer shipped in quicker than estimated time, came relatively well insulated against the bumps/bruises of cross-country ground shipping. Some minor scrapes on the machine, and the cable for the HD fell out enroute, but easily fixed. The machine I built really screams--at hundreds of dollars less than I would have thought. Included were (I believe) all the CDs and cables that came with the original components. Because I bought it without Windows I had to install the OS myself and subsequently install the hardware upgrades, but not a problem for a relatively computer-savvy consumer. Had the computer for ~3 weeks so far and it's performed wonderfully. When the time comes to purchase another top-of-the-line unit, I'll probably come looking here.

I have ordered the Titanium-XP system on the 9th of june. I talked to connie who was very helpful with order, she explained the warranty and options that were available. I will chart my wait and quality of said product in the weeks to come. Well I just recieved my new machine,and i might say that it is quite impressive looking! All black rig with the blue cathode light. I will be installing some benchmarks to test the raw speed of this 3ghz\9800 pro machine! I will update when programs have been installed and also give my final thoughts and observations of this computer! Update:I had a few problems with my system locking up but after this all things are running great. Excellent design of the case. Speed is very fast, great for gaming.
