Customized Message

Your personalized message will be engraved on the upper part of the side panel window. It should have a maximum of 35 characters in one line (including spaces). Font sizes will be adjusted to fit the size of the window. Arial will be used as the default font style.

Customized Graphics

You may select from any of our custom graphics below. The selected design will be adjusted to fit the side panel window.

Your Custom Design

We accept file formats in .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, & .gif (under 5MB). The recommended image size is at least
1000 x 1000 pixels. A customer support representative will contact you for further instructions.

By sending your design to us, you acknowledge ownership of any licensed, copyrighted or otherwise protected materials used in your design. iBUYPOWER reserves the right to refuse to engrave certain images that we find offensive or inappropriate.

IMPORTANT: Laser engraving is permanent and non-refundable, so make sure all content is correct before submitting your order.

Return Policy:
Systems with case engravings may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless they contain defects in materials or workmanship.

Cancel Orders:
Once a system side panel has been engraved, any order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

iBUYPOWER’s warranty does not cover replacement of engraving. In the event your engraved system receives service, use of necessary replacement parts may eliminate the engraving on the system.
