We understand that everyone is anxious to get their order and that you will probably want to check status daily.  We always do our best to process and build/test orders as quickly as possible.  For most orders we are able to complete them within the allotted 5-10 business day processing time. 

Occasionally, we do encounter accounting issues and/or backorders that may delay the order.  Orders that do not pass testing may also be delayed.  Due to the large number of orders being processed daily and also due to an admittedly inadequate reporting system, we cannot always immediately notify you if there is a problem, but we do make the attempt when we become aware of such a situation. During peak seasons, we will experience a larger volume of orders.

Keeping in mind that this forum was originally designed to provide a place where gamers can meet to discuss new games and hardware, and not primarily a place to check status, please follow these guidelines:
1.  please understand that unless you select a rush option with your order, the full 5-10 business days (not counting weekends) may be needed to ship it.  Please be patient and wait a reasonable period before inquiring about status.
2.  your status will not necessarily be updated daily.  In fact, it might be days before you see anything.  No need to panic.  An order passes through several departments before completion.  Each department has to prioritize orders according to rush and process them in the order they are recieved.
3.  support on this forum is considered a courtesy, and not our primary support means.  Please do not rely solely on this forum for status check, or even tech support.  Moderators may not be able to check in as frequently as they'd like so if you don't hear back soon, please use our other means of communcations:  phone 1-888-462-3899; LiveChat (available from any configurator during business hours); email: sales@ibuypower.com, orderstatus@ibuypower.com; or Private Message (PM) to a moderator as a last resort.
