Hi there, i wanted to say it be real easy and easy going for starters like me to have options as we customize our pc. More like if we select something the motherboard does not support or the video card that needs more power, It be real easy if the message pops up right away rather then ordering a pc and getting a mail later on from ibuypower that the specs cannot be met or something does not support something.

thanx. lookin forward to your reply.

p.s i am hoping i can get my first custom built pc by september.

Thanks for your feedback.  We're actually working on a new version of our configurators which will include a compatibility feature.  In the meantime, you can call our sales department at 1-888-462-3899 after you select your options and they will gladly go through your configuration before you place the order to ensure compatibility.

What kind of chat are you talking about? Chatting with others on the forums here, like a general chit-chat channel?

We do have chat for sales questions and if you go into any system configuration at iBuypower.com, you will see a button for Live Help.

As for a general chat channel... we'll look into it.

I think it would be nice if you could add a flag that the admins or the creator of the topic can change determining if the problem/question has been answered.  So it will be easy to know if they are happy with the response they received and/or the problem is fixed

umm  custom profile fields  to list your pc specs would be pretty kewl....that way people wouldnt have to keep asking "  well what are your pc specs"    u can simple just  check their profile out  and make it a manditory field you have to fill out  upon sign up (but also  a selection for  (have not ordered yet)  user can select if in fact they have not ordered a pc from here yet
