I order it on OCT 9. And i recieve it on NOV 7. I have to say that's was a good experience even if the customer service isn't good at all : -I have to call them twice to know why the status haven't changed after 20 day. -I payed for the "profesional wiring", but i had to redo it (i can't even understand how the tested it!) So, i'll say it's not a service for anyone, i'm a proud nerd and i couldn't say that i have really trouble with my system, but a neophyte would certainly have. So for the price it's a good deal. But if you doesn't know the difference between ATA and SATA, just go to buy it to dell.
