Hi:

My Xion Thermal Control and Cooling fans are not working - computer received 11-5-09. Configuration:

There are at least three wires from the meter not plugged in - labeled "CPU, HDD and VGA". Steve in Tech Support was not willing to talk me through trouble shooting it. PLEASE, can you or someone else help?

Now the computer is completely dead - no power at all, no light on MOBO. The wiring is a real mess, I have never seen a computer thrown together like this.

I plan to request an RMA for return and a refund. I'm on the line with my credit card company now - will put my purchase on a "disputed" basis.

A sad ending to a hopeful beginning, I anticipate a real struggle with IBP - a real shame.
