Gigabyte. Go try to download a file off the ASUS site and then ask yourself if it's worth it.

Gigabyte on the 1156 platform,  EVGA or Asus on 1366.

Gigabyte mid + upper level boards have USB 3.0,  overclock the easiest, and they have 2 oz of copper attached to the motherboards pcb which allows for cooler temps while overclocking.

Asus has been around a long time and they have stable feature rich boards as well.  I'd grab one that offers USB 3.0

EVGA boards overclock well, have great warranties and their upper level boards have lots of gauges for temp/voltage monitoring ON the motherboard.

BTW, USB 3.0 is TEN TIMES FASTER then usb 2.0  (This is important transferring video, photo or any usb peripheal device files fast).

Is this a reason not to buy a MB from them ? , it's premature when the ability depends on the end user to have his/her browser setup to accept Asus's download methods. Most people figure it out , if there's anything to really figure out. Some just don't have the patience I guess.
