I've recently just got my computer that I order from you guys...which was Oct. 27th. So I was quite wondering what could be happening to my computer, when I play games it would suddenly freeze, and I would have to restart my comp. Any help would be nice, thanks

Is the system only freezing while gaming? If within the desktop surfing the web or typing a document does the system freeze? If only during gaming there could be a possible issue with the video card in the system. Some steps you can take to try to isolate the issue is reseating the video card in the system and make sure all connections are fully in place. If you have an extra PCI-E video card you can install it into the system to test. This would help isolate the issue. If you do not have a test card you can contact us and we can create an RMA to send out a replacement.
Another step you can take is testing the memory. Looking at your invoice you should have a total of 2 sticks of memory. You can try testing the system with 1 stick at a time. You can remove either stick within the system. just make sure the power is fully off before removing or replacing any memory. On the first set of tests use the same slot for each stick. This will help isolate the issue to a defective stick or possibly a defective memory slot. After testing the 1st slot try in another if it does not provide any results. After giving these steps a try go ahead and send an email to techsupport@ibuypower.com or contact us at 888-462-3899 M-F from 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time and a representative can assist you.

Thanks a lot for the help, it only happens when gaming, so I'll try to test it out and see what's wrong with it.
