I would be vary wary of PSU Calculators like this. It actually doesn't give accurate information, unless I'm reading it wrong. For example, I did a setup with a Core i7 975 Extreme CPU and a nvidia 9800GTX+ video card. I added in a couple of hdds, opticals, and a few fans. The Calculator gave me a recommendation for a 375W PSU First of all, if you go to eVGA or nVidia and check on the 9800GTX+ card, they'll recommend a 450W or higher PSU, and that's only with the video card. Add in hdds, opticals, fans, and the mobo/cpu, you actually need something higher. For Core i7 systems, we found that most PSU's under 400-500W just can't handle what the board and cpu requires let alone the video card requirements. For systems with a 9800GTX+, for example, I usually recommend something higher than 600W. The way I view things, the PSU is like the Heart of the system. Have a strong heart and the system will last longer. Have a weak heart, get ready to replace it later on.
