I recently sent in my laptop to ibuypower to have the motherboard/graphicscard replaced. The computer wasnt under warrenty and it costed me a good 400 dollars for shiping, serviceing and replacing this item. I got it back and was immediatly having problems starting up the computer. I would start the computer and it would shut off. I would turn it on again and it would either start up fine or shut off again. usually the 3rd time it would kick it into safemode and then start up. Yet at the same time the computer would heat up extremly fast. To the point where i had to go buy a cooling deck beacuse it almost burned my leg once when i was using it. Well i had been trying to figure out if this was something on my end and was about to call ibuypower back and let them know that these problems were occuring when it did the exact same thing it just did to me like 2 months ago when i had sent it in and got this replaced which took about a full month as well.... So the brand new graphics card/mother board that i purchased had just burned out again last night. I turned the computer on and black screen ... not anything exactly like before and the computer still fired up fine you can hear the music from starting xp. Im extremly furious about this ... extremly sickened. I want to know if ibuypower is going to replace this? If i purchased this product from them and they told me they could fix it and this has happend shouldnt it be replaced? If anyone has any further information for me i would greatly appreciate it. This is why they invented "Notebook Coolers". You might want to look into that.

this same thing happened with my laptop. i sent it to ibuypower to be fixed while under warrenty, and they sent it back unchanged. When it finally burnt out i sent it to msi to be fixed, but they also sent me back a peice of junk that barely works. shouldve just cut my losses
