Status: offline 		Just purchased a Gamer Paladin 950. I will be keeping up with the process and let everyone know though everystep about my expierence at IBP.
I originally wanted a laptop and got get help from IBP reps. Now I decided to get the tower and ordered it tonight and will keep you posted.

Status: offline 		Update so far for anyone interested.

I have become impatient with my order and tried to move it to 3 day building but they said it wouldnt really matter because a lot of parts are limited and they have a lot of orders?

So I am stuck with 5-10 days most likely more he said in a way without saying it.

Also I know there is a new tracking system but my order hasn't changed from credit card approved? Is that why?

Status: offline 		The tracking system will lag behind what really is going on, also I heard that they backorder DDR3 memory so...

Status: offline 		yes the tracking system is for sure behind, new one should be coming soon :)

mine still shows credit card approved from 8 days ago lol, im now on the 9th business day of the 5-10 business days so still not updated so dont worry about the status page as it dont seem to keep upto date lol

Status: offline 		I have talked to IBP reps and as everyone else says their customer service and sales reps are very helpful. We had to make a switch in memory because of a huge back order, otherwise I was looking at 2 to 3 week delays so I just made the switch. They said it would sent today so I am waiting to see the order status say so.

I will keep posting updates, when I get them, on my expierence with IBP.

Status: offline 		Had the same issue your facing (2x2g sticks of DDR3 = backordered for a while) so I also made the switch to 4x1g sticks, and it should ship today.  Very helpful on the phone and was happy to get that phone call.  Sure taking up all 4 slots makes it a little more expensive to upgrade but I don't forsee myself needing 8gigs of ram anytime soon.  Thanks iBP, can't wait to receive my PC.  (FPO/APO shipping FTL, so I still have about 2 weeks to go D:!)

Status: offline 		haha my laptop got lost en route to my APO here in kandahar, one of the postal clerks probably found himself one AWESOME machine. but it's all good, usps gave me the claim check and i spent another grand on an even more ridiculous system which is shipping back to MCAS New River, my friends wife is going to hold it until we go home in november.

Status: offline 		So I switched the memory like I updated you guys and the rep told me twice it would be shipped out by Friday.

Talked to them today and it didnt finish testing today. Not that big of a deal to me I guess if it does get shipped monday but I will keep you posted.

That is what I did, like I said, but I was unable to call while they were open today.. might explain why mine didn't ship either.

Like I said it didnt end up getting shipped Friday, but I called tonight and IBP was very helpful again and told me it was being shipped as we spoke. Should be here by Wednesday or Thursday and I will keep everyone updated.

Status: offline 		Hey this is my final update as of right now.

I got my computer on October 1st and it is up and running smoothly and played warhammeronline for about 4 hours. Everything went fine with IBP and as of right now I would recommend them to anyone looking for a desktop.
