Comments:Upon receiving my unit I discovered a broken SATA cable plug, which disconnected the hard drive from the power supply. As soon as I explained the problem to customer service I had a tracking number in my email for the replacement cable. I am very impressed/happy, best customer service of any of the numerous online transactions i have made anytime recently.
