Contest Period:
The Contest shall begin on May 11, 2012 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time ("PST") and ends on June 29, 2012 at 11:59 PM PST (the "Deadline"). All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win a prize.

How to Enter:
1. LIKE iBUYPOWER page on Facebook
2. Submit a Diablo III character – includes: Character Name, Character Class, Epic Weapon photo with description, and Signature Skill(s). Please also include your NAME, AGE, and STATE with your entry.

The Contest is open only to legal residents age 18 or older who reside in the 47 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii excluded)("Entrant").

We accept any Entries 5MB and under. For picture file types, we accept JPG, GIF, PNG, JPEG, or BMP. Limit one (1) Entry per person. Once the maximum number of Entries has been reached, any additional Entries will be void and ineligible for the Contest. All entries will be uploaded in a Facebook Album – "Diablo III - Epic Weapon".

All qualifying Materials submitted will be become the property of iBUYPOWER, INC and will not be returned. "Material" includes to the extent applicable (a) any information and material (e.g. routine and video) submitted by you in connection with the Contest; (b) your name, likeness, voice, and image; and (c) all photographs, recordings, audiovisual materials, writings, biographical information, statements, and quotations of or by you and furnished to Sponsor by you in connection with your participation in the Contest.

By submitting Material, you represent and warrant to Sponsor that (i) the Material is wholly original and does not infringe upon or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other proprietary right of any person or entity, (ii) you have all rights or have been granted the rights necessary to submit the Material in the Contest in accordance with these Official Contest Rules, and (iii) no party other than you has any right, title, or interest in and to the Material or any part of the Material. Material must not contain nudity, unlawful acts or other material deemed unacceptable by Sponsor.

Except where legally prohibited, by submitting Material and entering the Contest, the Entrant grants Sponsor permission to use each Entrant's Entry, name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state), email address and testimonials, in printed, broadcast, or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Contest and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner. You agree that Sponsor has no obligation to post your Material on the Website (www.ibuypower.com/diablo3) or Facebook. Sponsor reserves the right to remove Entrants whose Entries have already been posted in the event of an error of determination that the Entrant is ineligible to participate in the Contest. You understand that your name and other Materials may be posted on the Website in connection with the Contest and made available for voting. Sponsor will be held responsible for any technical errors, problems, compatibility or other issues that may cause the Material posted to differ from the Material originally submitted by the Entrant.

All Entries will be reviewed for content and accuracy before being published, posted, or judged. Entries that do not comply with these Contest Rules and requirements or that otherwise contain prohibited, or inappropriate content as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be considered. Sponsor makes the final determination as to which Entries are eligible to take part in this Contest. Periodically during the Contest Period, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to feature some recent Entries on the Website and/or Facebook. Being featured on the Website is unrelated to the voting process and in no way increases the chances of winning for the featured Entry.

Eligibility:
To participate, you must be a legal residents age 18 or older who reside in the 47 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii excluded). Entrants must submit their entry with a valid e-mail address in order to be contacted in the event your Entry is selected as a winner in the Contest. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, distributors, retailers, licensors, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, "Sponsor's Entities") and the immediate family members, including parents, spouses, children, and siblings, of all the foregoing are not eligible to participate or win.

Judging Criteria:
All entries will be uploaded in the iBUYPOWER Facebook Album, where fans can LIKE, SHARE, and COMMENT on. Final winner will be determined by the Sponsor using the following judging criteria:

Originality (50%)     How original and/or different is your Epic Weapon compared to the rest?

Creativity (50%)     Did you think outside the box when selecting or creating your epic weapon?

Grand Prize:
The grand prize winner will be rewarded an iBUYPOWER Lan Warrior II. Estimated Value: $1,500.

General Conditions:
Limit one winner, per prize, per address. Eligible entrants will be posted on Facebook and/or our Website. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on Facebook. To redeem his/her prize, the winner will need to reply to the confirmation e-mail with his/her name and shipping information. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by 11:59 PM on June 29, 2012. iBUYPOWER reserves the right to modify the rules of this contest in any way, at any time. This Contest is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this Contest, an alternate winner may be selected. Once announced, the winner will have five (5) days to redeem their prize(s). Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternative winner may be selected. The Sponsor's clock will be the official clock of the contest. The Sponsor and judges determinations are final. The grand prize cannot be exchanged for cash but may be substituted by the Sponsor.
